Entries closed and this event so far has 929 confirmed entries from 52 countries. See more details in “Report #11”, which is also List of participants (draft).

Member Federations are asked to check their players on List of participants (draft) in “Report #11” and notify about any discrepancy CTL Mariusz Wojnar as soon as possible (but not later than 7th September 2015).

Pairings will be performed as soon as new Rating List 2015/4 is published. Assumed rating for a player without a published rating for World Cup 21 preliminary round is 1800 (TR 2015, Appx.I, section 11.). FIDE ratings may be used if available (TR 2015, section 9.4.). Sections will consist of 13 players (few of 12 players) because of high number of entries in the preliminary round and wish to keep the first two players of each preliminary section to be qualified for the World Cup 21 semi-final.
