The fee for new entrants at this semi-final stage is 10 Euros or 13 US Dollars. All such fees are to be paid by National Federations to the Event Organisers.

The winner (and maybe a runner-up) of each semifinal group qualifies for the final stage. Other qualifications will depend on the number of entries for the second stage. Any tie breaking, necessary to decide qualification to the next stage will be done in accordance with the ICCF rules principally making use of the number of wins, then the Sonneborn-Berger method.

Final. The start date will be announced later. The Final group is to be started soon after the qualifiers from the Semifinals are determined. The Final is played with 15-17 players (round robin system).

All tournaments will be rated. ICCF title norms will be available in accordance with the ICCF rules.
