Der Sieger jeder Gruppe sowie alle Spieler, die nach Anwendung der Tie-Break-Regeln (Feinwertung siehe Spielordnung § 8) gleichauf liegen, qualifizieren sich für das Finale. Die besten Zweitplatzierten können sich für das Finale qualifizieren, abhängig von den Ergebnissen aller Vorrundengruppen. Enden alle Partien einer Gruppe remis, qualifiziert sich aus dieser Gruppe kein Spieler für das Finale.

This is a chess 960 event. Starting positions are randomized for each pairing.
The start date is 9/1/2025.
The end date is 8/1/2027.
ICCF standard time control 10 moves in 40 days is used.
If a player exceeds allowed thinking time in any way, the player will automatically be scored with a loss. Under some circumstances all of the player’s games will subsequently be cancelled (if not already rated).
30 days of leave per year are available to each player.
Special leave can be requested from the TD.
Linear conditionals can be entered.
This tournament allows claims based on the seven piece tablebase.
Draw offers are restricted to one offer per player every 10 moves (called the ten moves draw rule).
Ties are broken by the Sonneborn-Berger tie breaking rule.
If needed, adjudicators will be selected by the TD.
