El campeón recibirá un trofeo y un diploma de la AEAC y el segundo y el tercero recibirán una medalla y un diploma de la AEAC.
El campeón de la Copa AEAC adquirirá el derecho a participar en una Final Sub-2400 del Campeonato de España Individual. Este derecho caduca a los tres años de finalizado el torneo.
Para adjudicar los premios, se aplicarán los tres sistemas de desempate que con-templa la AEAC, Baumbach, Sonnenborn-Berger y particular, en el orden que se citan. En caso de persistir el empate en los puestos que dan derecho a premio después de aplicar los sistemas de desempate previstos, se otorgará al jugador con menor ELO al inicio del torneo.

ICCF standard time control 10 moves in 40 days with doubling after 20 days is used.
If a player exceeds allowed thinking time in any way, the player will automatically be scored with a loss. Under some circumstances all of the player’s games will subsequently be cancelled (if not already rated).
45 days of leave per year are available to each player.
There is no special leave in this event.
Linear conditionals can be entered.
This tournament allows claims based on the seven piece tablebase.
Draw offers are restricted to one offer per player every 10 moves (called the ten moves draw rule).
Ties are broken by the Baumbach tie breaking rule (see ICCF rule 1.3.4.2).
If needed, adjudicators will be selected by the server.
