Qualification requirements
The following players have the right to participate in a Higher-class tournament:
(a) players rated 1900 or more;
(b) players without an ICCF rating who are nominated by their National Federation and accompanied by a statement of qualification.
Players have to be rated 1900 or above.
Players must have an RD of 150 or less.
