Qualification requirements
Rating from 2350 to 2379 on the current ICCF rating list, with Rating Deviation less than or equal to 150.

FIDE ratings will be converted to ICCF ratings for new players.

Restriction: Each player may only start one webserver norm tournament in each 3-month cycle.
Players with an RD of 150 or less have to be rated 2350 or above.
Players with an RD of 150 or less have to be rated 2379 or below.
Players with an RD of more than 150 have to be rated 2350 or above.
Players with an RD of more than 150 have to be rated 2379 or below.
