Qualification requirements
The Dobri Semov Memorial for players Elo 1900-2299 is open to all players from the federations belonging to the Iccf and players from countries that do not have their own federation,who have Elo 1900-2299

The event will be rated and if the criteria are met, Iccf title norms will be possible to achieve

Entries
All entries have to go through the sever – they cannot be sent via email !
Players may enter via the ICCF Direct Entry system or they can be entered on the server as NF Entries!

Entry fee is 7.50 Euro

Start day for registration is 15th October 2023
Closing date for Direct Entry is 30th November 2023
Closing date for NF entries is 20th November 2023

We only accept 1 registration per player

Players with an RD of 150 or less have to be rated 1900 or above.
Players with an RD of 150 or less have to be rated 2299 or below.
Players with an RD of more than 150 have to be rated 1900 or above.
Players with an RD of more than 150 have to be rated 2299 or below.
