Angel Hernandez (USA) who has become the first ever player to achieve the new title of ICCF Correspondence Chess Expert.
Angel has achieved 2 norms after the congress decision and now
his profile has been updated to show his new title.
Any player achieving the title is welcome to attend congress and collect a medal.
It is hoped players across the globe will be encouraged to set their goals for the new ICCF titles.
