Based on the decisions of the ICCF Congress in Mumbai 2004, some changes to the different sets of rules have been made:

With immediate effect for ALL tournaments:

• Regulations for the ICCF Appeals Commission (Playing Rules)
• Tournament Rules
• Parts of the Playing Rules Guidelines (for the unchanged paragraphs in the Playing Rules)
• ICCF Code of Conduct

For tournaments starting after 01.01.2005:

• ICCF Playing Rules Postal
• ICCF Playing Rules Email
• ICCF Playing Rules Webserver
• ICCF Playing Rules Guidelines (for the Playing Rules paragraphs that have been changed)

The guidelines for the ICCF Playing Rules Webserver can be found in the "FAQ" Section of http://www.iccf-webchess.com

For each set of rules we also offer downloadable zipped Word documents and/ora printer friendly version, so that you can print out copies for your reference easily.
