On behalf of the ICCF President, Eric Ruch and the ICCF Auditor, Josef Mrkvička, here are the the results of the February 2010 election for ICCF Secretary.

                                                                                                                        February 17th, 2010 ICCF Auditor’s Report General Secretary ElectionsFebruary 2010 In accordance with the ICCF Voting Regulations and Electoral Procedures (as amended by the ICCF Congress 2009 in Leeds), Part 5 the ICCF Executive Board arranged a mid term  election for the vacant position of the ICCF General Secretary. According to the Article 5.1 of the ICCF Voting Regulations and Electoral Procedures, the election was arranged by Email. As ICCF Auditor, I acted as a scrutineer of the votes cast. According to the Article 5.4 of the ICCF Voting Regulations and Electoral Procedures, I invited ICCF Honorary Members Alan P.
