Herewith are the draft ICCF Congress 2009 Minutes. As indicated under item 28, any proposed changes/additions should be forwarded by delegates or officials who attended the Leeds Congress as soon as possible to me, with a copy to the ICCF President, Eric Ruch.
The final ICCF Congress 2009 Minutes will be issued by 1/12/2009, and will be submitted for formal approval, by the 2010 Congress.
