I am pleased to now make available the first draft of the Minutes of the recently concluded ICCF Congress.
As indicated in the document, delegates and officials who attended the Congress are now invited to consider the contents and submit proposals for any amendments and/or additions to me not later than 30 November 2007. I should like to acknowledge the efforts of those who have contributed to the preparation of this draft with special mention to Honorary President Alan Borwell and World Tournaments Director Frank Geider.
