The new set of rules valid from 1.1.2009 are now published.

There are other minor changes to the playting rules and tournament rules, as described in the minutes from Pleven. However the doubling of days will be the rule that impacts the most.

Please note that the email rules are not changed and as from 2009 no more update of the email rules are made. It also means that the guidelines for email rules are not included in the guidelines from 2009.
